•AVOIDED TOPICS: Anything involving the death of a child or an animal. Sexual assault plots only with all parties in agreement and after discussion and with warnings everywhere.

IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Stildyne stands 6'6", has broad shoulders and a flat face. His face (and to a lesser extend the rest of his body) is scarred. One cheekbone is broken, one eyebrow is pinned in place by scar tissue, his nose has long been flattened. His hands are proportionally large and gnarl-knuckled. He has salt-and-pepper hair and yellow eyes. His icons read him as too young-- he is actually in his late 40s.

When he smiles, his sunken eyes all but disappear and he shows too much teeth-- he winds up looking unnervingly like a skull.

His voice is midrange and gravelly, with a windy edge to some of his syllables due to damaged vocal chords.

He tends to wear short sleeved white overshirts over dark, creased trousers. He wears comfortable combat boots, shined to military standards, and always carries a handkerchief (he calls it a whitesquare).

He smells like boot polish and linen; keeps himself clean; smells like a human male in general.
•DEMEANOR: Stildyne tends to blend into the crowd, like good security; he often people-watches. He doesn't tend to big gestures, and even during confrontations often stays calm and conversational. He walks like a man trained to march.
•ABILITIES: He's just a very large, well-trained soldier type. He has a better than usual tolerance for gore.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Stildyne is a Type 1 hominid, which means pretty much a standard human. There's some mild genetic drift but as a rule any medicine that works for a 20th/21st century Earth human is good for him. His scars are all long healed.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Stildyne has personal issues with torture, war crimes, and sexual assault and is likely to shut down conversations including them. He will react to misogyny, homophobia, and transphobia with general bemusement, writing them off as a quaint, backwards cultural trait of the speaker.

•OTHER / NOTES: As always, his canonical backstory includes child abuse (to him) and sexual assault (by him). I will try to warn whenever these things come up, which they rarely should. His canonical universe contains war atrocities, terrorism, and institutionalized torture. Ditto the warnings on this.
